this is very hard and soft techniques if you want. tenshinkan karate every step and techniques related to shotokan karate. so it is very important massage for learner or who want to learn, take your martial training with sensai Mr. manoj Kumar Prasad at hindustan volunteer club.because he taught and did the practice in proper way for student.

ReplyDeleteI have been learning tenshinkan karate under the most careful guidance of Manoj sir for the last 10 months... he teaches us with great care and devotion... tenshinkan karate is just awesome for self defence , physical fitness.... regular tournaments take place to improve the student's confidence... I would recommened everybody to learn tenshinkan karate....
